Dancing With The Stars Season 14 Betting Odds For April 30, 2012

I can sit here and write all this gossip on Dancing With The Stars this week from afar and drive up a little interest in the show.

Or I can just hand the mic to Maria Menounos and partner Derek Hough who, you know, are actually on the show. The “Extra” correspondent is gearing up for classical week tonight, and gave her employer the scoop on what to expect this week. She’s been battling a foot problem for a few days, just another of a string of injuries that has hampered her performances in the show. Continue reading

American Idol Season 11 Odds Updated For April 27, 2012

We finally have our top-5 and it was Hollie Cavanaugh who won the battle of the basement.

Elise Testone received the fewest fan votes, and became the eighth finalist eliminated on Season 11 of American Idol.

“American Idol means living out my dreams. My favorite part about my journey is my connections with the other contestants. These are people I may have never met, but I’m so glad I did. I want to be an inspiration for people. That is what it’s all about. That’s why they call it American Idol,” Testone said on the show. Continue reading

Justin Bieber And Selena Gomez Engagement Betting Odds

The other day, Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez had a really awkward moment on the “kiss cam” and everyone went ‘naners about what it meant to the relationship.

That’s the nature of a super-celebrity relationship. It’s happening right now with Will Smith and his wife Jada. Rumors of an impending divorce has sportsbooks jumping at the opportunity to make a little extra cash. Bovada had a prop bet last week whether the couple would get a divorce by the end of the year. The Voice Betting Odds Favor Tony Lucca To Win

America is still feeling Tony Lucca.

After a great rendition of Britney Spears’ “Baby One More Time”, it appears voters are still swooning. After he was saved, it came down to Mathai and Katrina Parker for Team Adam. Both singers battled each other in a sing-off for Adam Levine.

After Mathai went with Carrie Underwood’s “Cowboy Casanova” and Parker chose Pink’s “Perfect”, Levine struggled with his choice, saying “it breaks my heart to choose between the “infectious” Mathai and the “diamond in the rough” Parker. Ultimately, it came down to who he’s “seen more from so far. Continue reading

Dancing With The Stars Betting Odds Led By Donald Driver And Katherine Jekins

Look out Donald Driver.

Katherine Jenkins, who has been high on Bovada’s TV/Film Props Betting Odds to win the show, put on a clinic in Monday night’s Dancing With The Stars and is looking really good as we settle into the home stretch of Season 14.

Jenkins got a pair of 10s for her Motown routine with partner Mark Ballas, set to the tune of the Temptation’s “I Can’t Get Next To You”. Continue reading

American Idol Season 11 Betting Odds Updated For April 20, 2012

Ryan Seacrest spent a good chunk of Wednesday night’s American Idol show honoring Dick Clark, who’s passing at 82 came out of nowhere.

A day later, Idol lost another too soon.

Colton Dixon was surprisingly eliminated from competition, shaking up the competition the rest of the way. Dixon, who was favored to win the whole show by Bovada’s TV/Film Props this week, couldn’t be saved by the judges. Continue reading

DeGraw’s Elimination Shifts Dancing With The Stars Betting Odds

I guess nice guys really do finish last sometimes.

Latin Night wasn’t kind to Gavin DeGraw. The hero when Melissa Gilbert had to be rushed to the hospital last week, was kicked off the show Tuesday night. And so went the power to half of the audience’s televisions for the remainder of the competition.

The Singer/Songwriter DeGraw and partner Karina Smirnoff received the lowest combined scores from the audience and judges during Tuesday night’s telecast, saving underdog Gladys Knight for another week. Continue reading

Dancing With The Stars Season 14 Betting Odds For April 16, 2012

Last week, Dancing With The Stars fans finally got a little juice. Melissa Gilbert’s perplexing trip to the emergency room was just one of a handful of interesting story lines put together as the celebrity show drives on, along with Sherri Shepherd’s tearful elimination.

The View co-host, Shepherd was in the bottom two after an up and down performance last Monday. I personally didn’t think she was going to be eliminated, but I’m certainly not someone who would vote to save her either. Continue reading

American Idol Season 11 Updated Betting Odds For April 13, 2012

American Idol judges were willing to do what voters weren’t on Thursday: keep Jessica Sanchez in the competition.

Despite being voted off the show by fans, Idol judges used their critical save on Sanchez keeping her in the show for at least another week.

The choice came a week after judges weren’t able to come to a consensus on DeAndre Brackensick and he was sent home. Continue reading

American Idol Season 11 Betting Odds Updated As Competition Dwindles To 7

American Idol hopefuls Hollie Cavanagh and Elise Testone escaped by the skin of their teeth last week, avoiding elimination on Thursday night.

Jennifer Lopez’s mini crush DeAndre Brakensick was the sacraficial lamb despite having a more-consistent show althogether than Cavanah and Testone. Voters seem to be turning on Testone after a rough performance last week. Alas, she survived, but that did nothing for her (or Cavanagh’s) odds to win the entire show as both remain at the basement of American Idol Betting Odds. Continue reading
